Vitruvius & Company is a London and Oxfordshire based interior design, development and project management studio founded by Guy Wengraf in 2012. Over the past decade we have acquired a breadth of expertise that covers the full property value chain, including: sourcing, acquisition, finance, planning, design, construction, marketing, operating and sales.

 

Our focus is designing and delivering bespoke homes for clients; each project is an opportunity to embark on a design journey with the client that is original, creative and enjoyable.  

 

We also undertake our own residential developments, for example, we have built and operate a number of luxury holiday rentals in Oxfordshire. 

 

Whether in London or the Countryside, our work typically involves the complete modernisation of period properties including extensions, additions, or entirely new-build homes.
